Our Story

Two settings,
one property.

Loft & Garden is a 13,000 sq. ft. fully climate-controlled venue in the heart of Montclair, New Jersey. The property pairs a 6,500 sq. ft. indoor reception space with a 6,500 sq. ft. private outdoor garden, so a ceremony under open sky and a reception in complete comfort happen a few steps apart.

The setting is modern yet romantic: lush greenery, ambient lighting, and a charming gazebo that has become the natural centerpiece for vows and first looks. It was built for weddings and special events of up to 200 guests, with room to move, mingle and dance.

Inside, 72-inch round dining tables, silver Chiavari chairs and linens in over 30 colors let couples shape the room to their own palette, while bridal and groom's dressing rooms stay available throughout the evening.

Book a tour and consultation

Walk the garden and the reception space, then sit down for a wedding consultation. Every booking includes one, and tours are by appointment.

Choose your package and menu

Select the package that fits your day, then build the menu from butler-passed appetizers, two entrées, two sides and your salad and bread choices. Custom dishes and dietary accommodations are available on request.

Reserve with a deposit and contract

A deposit and signed contract hold your date. Payment plans are available in up to six equal installments, with the final payment due one month prior.
