A buffet with the polish of a plated dinner
Every all-inclusive package at Loft & Garden includes a fine dining buffet served with China service, not disposables. You choose your appetizer, your salad, two entrées and two sides, and our team handles preparation, service and setup across the reception. Menus can be built around American, Italian or Southwestern cuisine.
Chapter II — To Begin
Appetizers
Choose butler-passed service, where servers move through your cocktail hour with trays, or a stationary display guests visit at their own pace. One appetizer is included with your package. A seafood upgrade is available for an additional $6 per person.
